How to deal with cover changes in different situations
Wine service โ detailed training on how to choose the wine, select the correct glass, and opening and serving the wine, including clearing
Tray service โ covering the basics of different meal choices and how to prepare accordingly
The appropriate way of dealing with various types of spillages/accidents
Practical experience of serving guests in a natural dining environment. During our two-week course we will hold an Exclusive Royal Dinner for up to 100 guests where you will experience hands-on Butler service as would be expected at Royal Palaces around the globe
Maintenance & Care of Equipment

Glass โ how to clean, polish and present various glassware
China โ tips and techniques on how to deal with fine china from storage to using at the table
Floristry โ learn how to pick, arrange and store flowers correctly from garden to table
