Food & Beverage Service

  • Silver โ€“ how to clean, store, present and identify the various types of silver

Housekeeping

  • Hands-on approach to understanding the effective and efficient method of deep cleaning within a Master Suite
  • Identifying the difference between daily and deep cleaning methods

  • How to handle a stain prior to laundry
  • How to store and/or fold appropriately
  • How to make a bed from start to finish

Wines and Mixology

A high-level of specialised mixology training where our Trainer will deliver a cocktail masterclass including an introduction to mixology, the different methods of mixing cocktails, how to balance ingredients, and creating a range of classic cocktails

Our introduction to wines will provide foundational knowledge that will help enhance service, and increase confidence when discussing wine with guests

What's Included:

  • 40-hour intensive two-week training course
  • 5 nightsโ€™ full board accommodation: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included; plus, soft refreshments throughout the day
  • Full 3-piece black Herringbone British Butlerโ€™s uniform and accessories

  • Auto-enrolment on City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma for Butlers โ€“ Valeting Module
  • Transfers between venues for the duration of the course schedule

  • Additional hard copy of the Graduation Certificate for your files
  • You will automatically be registered as a candidate with Exclusive Household Staff and receive ongoing support from the Exclusive Household Staff Consultants following successful completion of the course
